FOUNDER: Terrell Nixon

With just under a decade of supply chain experience. Terrell has led a multitude of successful initiatives across major Fortune 500 companies. Beginning his career at the forefront as a Production Supervisor, Terrell learned from top industry leaders what it takes to be a successful leader and business professional.

Identifying areas of opportunity, he began to learn and develop, gaining insight and becoming a leader through action. Utilizaing key teachings and methodologies, Terrell excelled through the leadership rankings gaining management titles and improving business plans as well as performance on a quarterly basis. From Supervisor to Operations Manager, Learning & Development Specialist, Engineer and Project Manager, Terrell has held multiple titles and excelled in all of them.

Conducting trainings across all levels, from associates to CEOs, Terrell has worked with all individuals with the common goal of success through planning, colloboration and timely execution.
